Herbs organically grown

The chefs at J&M Catering have been busy planting an organic garden. We are doing our part in the “slow food” movement, which is the movement towards using local produce and food products. We are also trying our best to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing the shipment of produce from California, Mexico, and other locales. We have planted many herbs, including basil, rosemary, marjoram, sage, oregano, and parsley. Along with the herbs, we have planted a variety of heirloom tomatoes and hot pepper plants.
